We ship nationwide from a network of US warehouses in Arizona, Texas and California, so your order gets to you quickly and affordably.
Processing Time
In-stock items ordered before 12:00 PM (MST), Monday–Friday, typically ship the same or next business day. Larger appliances may require additional lead time if they ship directly from the manufacturer — we'll keep you updated.
How Your Order Ships
- Small items & accessories ship via standard ground carriers (UPS/FedEx).
- Fireplaces, grills, islands, fire tables & other large items ship via LTL freight with curbside delivery.
Free Curbside Freight
Enjoy free curbside freight on qualifying orders over $999 shipped within the contiguous United States. Oversized or made-to-order items may be excluded — any exceptions are noted on the product page.
Curbside Freight Delivery — What to Expect
- The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Delivery is to the curb or end of your driveway; the driver is not responsible for moving items inside. Please arrange help to move heavy items.
- A liftgate is provided to lower freight from the truck when needed.
Inspect Your Delivery (Important)
Freight damage is rare, but you must inspect every shipment before signing:
- Note any damage — even to the packaging — on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
- Refuse any severely damaged shipment.
- Report concealed or visible damage to us within 48 hours of delivery with at least 4 photos so we can file a freight claim on your behalf.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. Freight carriers will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
